What counts as one analysis?
Each time you submit a crash log for analysis, it counts as one analysis. Viewing previous results doesn't count.
When does my monthly limit reset?
Your analysis count resets at the start of each calendar month, regardless of when you signed up.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card details.
What crash log formats are supported?
Any text-based crash report — Forge, Fabric, Quilt, NeoForge, Spigot, Paper, Bukkit, and vanilla. Just paste or upload the .txt or .log file.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
